Privacy policy

What we collect when you use this site, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

01

Who is responsible for your data

The controller of personal data collected through this website is ATT Nautica d.o.o., Zvonigradska 43b, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia, OIB 43492041736.

For anything to do with your data, write to info@attnautica.hr or call +385 91 732 7931.

02

What we collect through the quote form

When you send a quote request we receive your name and email address, which are required, and whatever else you choose to give us: the vessel make, model and length, the service you need, which of the listed roles describes you, your message and any photographs you attach. The site also records the IP address the request came from, as protection against abuse.

We use this to answer your request and, if it goes further, to prepare an offer. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). The IP address is kept on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the form free of spam (Article 6(1)(f)).

The request arrives as an email to our own mailbox, and you receive a copy confirming what you sent. We do not use your details for newsletters or marketing, and we do not sell or share them with anyone outside the people working on your enquiry.

03

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted once we no longer need them to answer you. If you become a customer, the correspondence becomes part of the project file and is kept for as long as Croatian accounting and tax law requires.

04

Who else processes it

The website is hosted by Avalon d.o.o. (cyber_Folks group) on servers in Croatia, which is where the form is processed and where our mailbox is kept. Avalon acts on our instructions under a data processing agreement.

The site loads Google Tag Manager, a Google service used to manage scripts on the page. Loading it sends your IP address and browser details to Google. It does not set cookies by itself.

Through it we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, but only if you allow it in the cookie banner. Until you do, no analytics data is sent to Google. Google may transfer data to Google LLC in the United States, which is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

05

Cookies

If you click “Accept analytics” in the banner, Google Analytics sets its cookies (_ga and _ga_P9FRKRX5TF) so we can count visits and see which pages are used. The cookies expire after up to two years. Google Analytics keeps the data on individual visits for two months; after that only aggregated reports remain.

We have not enabled any advertising features. Analytics data is not used for advertising or personalisation, and Google Analytics does not store IP addresses.

The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw consent, the Analytics cookies are deleted from your browser.

Your choice itself is stored in your browser (local storage, “td-consent”) so the banner does not appear on every page. This is needed to remember your choice and does not require consent.

Links to our LinkedIn and Instagram pages are plain links: nothing is loaded from those networks until you click one, and from then on their own privacy policies apply.

06

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict how we use it, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and receive the data you gave us in a portable format. Write to info@attnautica.hr and we will answer within one month.

If you think we have handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the Croatian data protection authority, Agencija za zaštitu osobnih podataka (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, azop.hr.
